However, if we need to review articles focused on scientifically-esoteric topics that are in their area of expertise, we may have to request these members to help us in the evaluation. In such cases, if the editorial member is requested to review a manuscript, she/he/they WILL NOT BE ASSIGNED any requests for editorial oversight for that specific article and WILL BE REQUESTED TO RECUSE her-/him-/themselves from these cases to exclude any potential conflicts of interest. To be absolutely clear, we reiterate to confirm that these experts will be excluded from any editorial decisions for those specific articles. We hope that we will be able to expand the group of expert reviewers in due course, which will lessen the frequency of such difficulties.
