Cohort A: Neonatal resuscitation

Wally Carlo (global efforts to minimize asphyxia), Moisés Quiles-Corona (presentations in Mexico, Chile, El Salvadore, the Dominican Republican, and Zambia), and Ola Didrik Saugstad (global educational efforts; renowned for findings that room air is adequate for most infants needing resuscitation at birth).​

Talks 30 min each; followed by discussion and demonstrations. Panel to include Ramadevi Pullela (US), Marisa Nimrod (T&T), Kei Lui (Australia), Vijayendra Ranjan Baral (Nepal-Singapore).

Cohort B: Neonatal Hematology

Christof Dame (Berlin, Germany) and Rachana Singh (Tufts, Boston; RBCs); Akhil Maheshwari (Boston Children's Physicians Group, NY; Leukocytes); and Brunetta Guaragni (Fresh-Frozen Plasma, Recombinant fVII, and Platelet Function tests as measured by Thromboelastography): 30 min each; followed by discussionsPanel to include Joe GN "Skip" Garcia (US), Edmund LaGamma (US), Srinivas Bolisetty (Australia), Chhaya Prasad (India), Arun Prasad (India).
