Wally Carlo (global efforts to minimize asphyxia), Moisés Quiles-Corona (presentations in Mexico, Chile, El Salvadore, the Dominican Republican, and Zambia), and Ola Didrik Saugstad (global educational efforts; renowned for findings that room air is adequate for most infants needing resuscitation at birth).

Cohort B: Neonatal Hematology
